General Information
Harker Herbals Children's Calm & Brave is a New Zealand-made herbal syrup for children, designed to support a balanced mood, emotional wellbeing and everyday resilience during new or nerve-wracking experiences. It can be taken regularly or on days with something big ahead, such as a first day at school, a test or a performance. Sweet orange flavour with no added sugar. Suitable for vegans and non-GMO. 150ml.

Ingredients
Each 5ml dose contains:
- Safr'Inside™ Saffron (Crocus sativus), equivalent to 75 mg fresh stigma
- Fermanolide™ Fermented Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), equivalent to 300 mg dry root
- Wild Harvested Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) extract, equivalent to 8,750 mg fresh berries
Other ingredients: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, purified water, natural flavours, citric acid.
Directions
- Children 2 to 10 years: 2.5ml (½ teaspoon) twice daily.
- 10 years and over: 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice daily.
For everyday support take daily, ideally at the same time each day. For big moments, give a dose about an hour beforehand. Dosing under 2 years is not given; ask your healthcare professional.
