Harker Herbals Daily Mood & Stress is a women's mood support formula combining Ashwagandha, Shatavari and Safr'Inside Saffron with the SkinAx2 antioxidant complex. Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support a healthy stress response, and Shatavari to support emotional balance and vitality. Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) dried root extract equiv. 1,500mg, standardised to saponins 60mg; Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) dried root extract equiv. 2,500mg, standardised to withanolides 6.25mg; Safr'Inside Saffron (Crocus sativus) fresh stigma extract equiv. 75mg, standardised to safranal 30mcg and crocins 450mcg; SkinAx2 Complex 130mg, providing grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract 76.46mg, zinc citrate 11mg (elemental zinc 2.66mg), vitamin C 8mg, melon (Cucumis melo) juice concentrate 1.533mg (superoxide dismutase 21 IU) and hibiscus extract 33mg. Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegesil silica.

Directions

Adults 18 years and over: take 2 capsules per day, or as professionally advised.
