Ingredients
Each capsule contains 26 billion live probiotics: Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG®) 20 billion CFU; Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (BB-12®) 6 billion CFU; plus colecalciferol (microencapsulated vitamin D3) 25 micrograms (1000IU). Free from wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, egg and nuts.
Directions
Adults: take 1 capsule daily for skin health, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children over 2 years: empty the contents of 1 capsule and mix the powder with water, milk or formula once daily. Capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid.
