Leukosan Strip are sterile adhesive wound closure strips from Essity (BSN medical) for closing small cuts and wounds without stitches, and for supporting a wound after sutures have been removed. This pack contains 9 strips in two sizes: 6mm x 38mm and 6mm x 75mm.

Ingredients
Elastic woven polyamide fabric with a hypoallergenic acrylate adhesive. Supplied sterile. Latex status is not stated by the sources consulted.
Directions
Clean, disinfect and thoroughly dry the wound and surrounding skin. Open the sterile pack and peel off one strip at a time without touching the side that will face the wound. Place the first strip across the middle of the wound, gently bringing the edges together, then apply strips at each end. Fill the gaps with further strips, working from the ends toward the centre and spacing them evenly.
Warnings
For external use only. For minor, clean cuts only – do not use on deep, gaping, heavily bleeding, dirty or infected wounds; these should be assessed by a healthcare professional. Do not reuse; do not use if the sterile pack is damaged. If redness, swelling, pain or signs of infection develop, remove and seek advice from your healthcare professional.
