General Information
Leukosilk is a white, hypoallergenic adhesive tape from Essity (BSN medical) made for sensitive skin. It holds all types of dressings in place and can secure tubes, catheters, probes and cannulae. Intended for short-term use on intact skin, it is breathable, durable and tears cleanly by hand. Supplied as a 2.5cm x 5m roll on an antimicrobial spool.

Directions
Make sure the skin is clean and dry and free of oils, creams or lotions. Tear the required length from the roll by hand. Apply without stretching or tension over the dressing or device, pressing down firmly so the tape sticks evenly to the surrounding skin. To remove, peel back slowly in the direction of hair growth while supporting the skin.
Warnings
For external use only. Apply to normal, intact skin around the wound or dressing – do not apply tape directly onto open or infected wounds. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the components.
