General Information
Nature's Sunshine CleanStart is a 14-day cleansing program containing 28 drink packets and 28 capsule packets. It combines a fibre drink (psyllium hulls, isomalto-oligosaccharides, aloe vera inner leaf, chlorophyllin and bentonite, flavoured with apple cinnamon and sweetened with stevia) with capsule packets of traditional herbal blends to support the body's natural cleansing processes of the bowel and liver.

Ingredients
Capsule packet (3 capsules): Lower Bowel Stimulator blend 850mg (including cascara sagrada, buckthorn bark, licorice root, capsicum, ginger and turkey rhubarb root); Enviro-Detox blend 486mg (including burdock, dandelion, fenugreek, milk thistle, echinacea and Bacillus coagulans). Contains pepsin (contains lactose from milk).
Drink packet: Proprietary blend 5.3g of psyllium hulls, isomalto-oligosaccharides, aloe vera inner leaf, sodium copper chlorophyllin and bentonite; natural apple cinnamon flavour; stevia.
Directions
Drink packet: mix one packet into 250mL of water or juice, stir vigorously and drink immediately, followed by an extra glass of water. Take 15-30 minutes before breakfast and before dinner.
Capsule packet: take one packet with breakfast and one with dinner.

Not for long-term use. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhoea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Take with at least 250mL of liquid; do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Psyllium may cause allergic reactions in sensitive people. Contains milk (lactose).
