Ingredients

Each serving (4 vegcaps) contains a proprietary blend 2,084mg of guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), psyllium hulls (Plantago ovata), chickweed aerial parts (Stellaria media) and soy lecithin. Other ingredients: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), rice concentrate.

Directions

Take 4 vegcaps with a meal, three times daily. Drink a glass of water with the capsules, then follow with another glass of water.
