Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
- Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 15 mcg (600 IU)
- Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 90 mcg
- Magnesium glycinate 936 mg, equivalent to magnesium 105 mg
Also contains tabletting aids and colours. Formulated without gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy, egg, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Contains soya bean products (as listed by the brand for this formula); check the label if you have an allergy.
Directions
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
