It is clinically validated and uses IntelliSense technology to inflate the cuff automatically to suit your arm. Directions
Read the instruction manual before use. Sit quietly for about 5 minutes with feet flat on the floor, and avoid smoking, bathing, caffeine, alcohol and exercise for 30 minutes beforehand. Fit the cuff to the upper arm and press start. Measure at the same time each day and take multiple readings.
