General Information

Remifemin Sleep tablets contain Valerian and Hops, herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support relaxation and restful sleep.

Active Ingredients

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. dry conc. 75mg from dried root 412.5mg, Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc. 23mg from dried fruit 138mg.

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets with water, 2-3 times daily, or 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.

Warnings

Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after intake as reactions can be influenced, even if taken as directed. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
