Directions
Boil water and immerse the guard until it softens. Remove and let it cool briefly, then place in your mouth and bite down to form around your teeth. Remove and place in cold water to set. Clean before first use and after each night. If the back of the guard extends too far back in the mouth, trim it with a sharp craft knife and smooth the corners.
