Ingredients
Per patch (35mg active blend): Gotu kola 10mg, Damiana 10mg, Black cohosh 5mg, Oat seed 4.5mg, Valerian 2mg, Skullcap 2mg, Ginger 1.5mg.
Directions
Adults: apply one patch daily, or as directed on the label. Peel the patch from the backing sheet and press onto clean, dry, hairless skin (e.g. upper arm, shoulder, shoulder blade, lower leg/ankle or inner wrist), smoothing the edges so it sticks well. Wear for up to 12 hours, then remove and discard. Rotate the application site. Avoid soft areas such as the tummy or inner upper arm, and avoid applying moisturisers or oils beforehand. Best applied in the morning.
